Unfortunately, the venue doesn’t have parking. However, there’s short-stay parking on the street. We recommend downloading the MI Permit app for this. There’s also parking at NCP on Dumfries Road, but the entrance is on St Andrews Lane. Long-stay parking is available at the museum.

Accessibility
The venue has wheelchair access. Please inform staff on arrival and they’ll set up the ramp for you. We also have access via our terrace and a disabled toilet on the ground floor. However, our Windsor room isn’t wheelchair accessible.
Lost property
For any lost property enquiries, please email info@daffodilcardiff.co.uk. Please note that the booking team doesn’t work on site so they won’t be able to check lost property when you ring.

Christmas/Festive season
Throughout December, we’ll be offering a three-course festive menu.

We offer afternoon tea and bottomless afternoon tea. These are available Monday to Saturday with the last sitting at 17:00.
Afternoon Tea: £19.95 per person
Bottomless Gin & Prosecco: £37.95
Enjoy a 90-minute session from your first drinks and finish them before receiving a new one.

– Camarthen ham and tomato
– Teifi smoked cheese with red onion
– Smoked salmon with cucumber and dill

Sweet Delicacies:

Members enjoy a 25% discount. Please present your membership at the start of your booking.
Industry Discount
The hospitality industry can enjoy a 25% discount on food and drinks from Monday to Sunday.
However, there are some terms and conditions to be aware of:
- Management reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
- It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including set menus, particularly Christmas menus, but it can be used throughout December for standard menus and drinks.
- It can also be used on event days which might attract some industry for food during quieter times.
- In December, the offer cannot be used against Christmas menus but it can still be used for standard menus and drinks.
- Please bring your employment proof on booking day.
Set the Stage
Enjoy 20% off food and drink when you show your tickets to any shows at the Utilita Arena.
- This offer is not applicable to new theatre productions. Terms and conditions apply and the discount is only valid on the day of the show. Management reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time. It cannot be combined with any other offer.
- This offer is only available for events held at the Arena and is not available on Major Event Days or throughout December.
Walk-Ins
We welcome walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
Windsor Room
The Windsor Room is available for meetings dining and private functions.
It features a projector that can be connected via HDMI. However, we don’t provide the laptop to plug in.

Venue hire
We do offer venue hire.
Please email info@daffodilcardiff.co.uk with your event details. Be patient with the booking department as all venue hires require approval from the management team.
Decorating
We allow table decorations and can allocate up to 15 minutes prior to your booking for this. For the Windsor room, we can allocate 30 minutes. Please note this is availability and not guaranteed.
Cellotape and blu-tack are not allowed on the walls but can be stuck to the tables.
If you’d like to bring a cake please let us know. There’s no cakeage fee.
Please note we do not supply decorations.

Sunday Roast
Sunday roast is available from 12pm until it’s gone.
We ensure it’s fully prepared but can’t guarantee when it’ll run out. Unfortunately, this means we might not be able to offer all menu options for later bookings.
The Sunday dinner is under the booking type A La Carte and we also have a smaller menu alongside the Sunday dinners.
Allergens
Whilst we have strict procedures in place for taking and preparing orders, unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that dishes may not contain trace amounts of allergens. For more information, please speak to your server before ordering.

Brunch & Lunch is served until 3pm Monday-Friday and Until 12pm Saturday.

- Enjoy a bottomless bar experience on selected drinks for 90 minutes. There’s a £12.95 surcharge per person.
- The drinks menu includes draughts like Amstel, Inch’s, Ffresh and Jemimas, prosecco and a selection of spritz options. Non-alcoholic options are also available.
- This offer is available from 12pm to 5pm and can only be upgraded if you order a main course.
- Terms and conditions apply and the offer is only available for selected drinks. Drinks will be served one at a time and cannot be used with any other offer. Management reserves the right to remove the offer at any time. Please drink responsibly.
