Amuse-Bouche
Garlic & White Wine Prawns
Atlantic prawns gently sautéed in garlic and white wine, finished with chilli, parsley and lemon. Served with warm crusty bread.
Starter
Mozzarella & Mediterranean Vegetable Parcel
Buffalo mozzarella wrapped in Parma ham with roasted Mediterranean vegetables, basil and tomato. Finished with black olive tapenade and a balsamic glaze.
Main Course
Red Snapper & Charred Mediterranean Vegetables
Pan-seared red snapper fillet set over charred courgette, peppers and aubergine. Served with red pesto and a squeeze of grilled lemon.
Dessert
Pistachio Panna Cotta
Silky pistachio panna cotta topped with fresh strawberries, mint and a pistachio crumb.
